The Philippa wedding dress is hands-down the most romantic wedding dress you could have conjured up in your wildest childhood dreams. Made in 1989 by British bridal designer Anneliese Sharp, this gown is constructed from silk dupion. It features ruched mutton sleeves, a sweetheart neckline, an extremely full skirt, a Basque waistline, and lots (and lots) of silk dupion rosettes. It is finished with covered buttons down the back of the bodice and a rosette-centered statement bow at the back waist. And did we mention it has rosettes?
