General information & background
 
This Christian Dior wedding dress dates from 1994. It is as romantic and timeless as it gets.
 
Erin is constructed from a dense damask fabric that is woven in a subtle rose motif. Damask is an unusual fabric for a wedding gown, and the rose pattern provides texture and dimension without distracting from the gown's clean and classic style. ⁠

Erin features long sleeves with button closures and pointed cuffs, a draped crossover bodice, an on-trend dropped waist, and a rosette and swag detail at the back waist. It is finished with a line of covered buttons at the back of the bodice. 
 
Erin, the original owner of this gown, wore it with a full lace mantilla veil that was a family heirloom. It was the perfect complement to this romantic wedding dress. We would love to see its next owner accessorize it with a mantilla veil too...but of course it isn't a requirement!
