Suki is a staff favorite, and we think she makes a gorgeous (if daring) dancing dress or wedding guest dress! This sexy 1920s-inspired mini dress has a base of dusty blue silk charmeuse. Suki has a classic Art Deco dropped waist. The bodice has a blouson fit thanks to the revealing open sides. It has a scoop neckline with beading along the neckline and triple-strand straps. The fitted skirt falls a bit above the knee or at the knee, depending on your height. 
 
What makes Suki so special is the bold, highly intricate beading that adorns the entire dress. The glass beads in shades of coral, sherbert orange, navy blue, and forest green stand out beautifully against the blue base. Famed British fashion designer Jenny Packham (a favorite of British royals) is known for her intricate beaded creations, and Suki showcases what makes Packham's designs so beloved. Suki's beading has a Rorsach quality to it; some of us see koi fish, some see jellyfish, some see flowers, and some see nothing specific at all. But we all agree that it is dramatic and eye-catching.
 
This is one of those pieces that draws everyone to it when they walk through the shop. And it looks equally good on everyone who has tried it on, regardless of height or body type. Needless to say, we love this special vintage mini dress!
