It's hard to imagine a better option for a dancing dress than this joyful, sexy John Galliano ensemble. Constructed from a sequin-covered fabric, Lennon consists of a halter top and a skater skirt. The vest-style top has hidden metal snaps, a peaked waistline, and princess seams. It closes at the neckline and waist with a white satin ribbon. The skirt is swingy and swishy, making it perfect for the dance floor. Like the top, it closes with hidden buttons and a wide satin ribbon. 
 
Given the Met Costume Institute's recent announcement about John Galliano, it's a good time to invest in a Galliano piece, especially one as wearable as this one!

Please read the following information about sizing carefully. 
 
The Lennon set is a split size. The top is tagged an Italian size 38 (roughly a US size 0-2), and the skirt is tagged an Italian size 40 (roughly a US size 2-4). The best way to determine the fit of this set is to use the waist measurement of the skirt. The skirt waist is about 28-29", which is equivalent to about a US size 6-8. The fit of the top is very flexible because it ties at both the waist and neckline, so either a larger or smaller size could be made to work. Those with an especially full bust may find that there is insufficient coverage.
