General information & background
 
The Anais dress from Leonard of Paris dates from 1994. It was purchased at a couture clothing boutique and made to measure for its original owner. Anais is a midi-length dress that is constructed from complementary metallic jacquard fabrics in shades of silver, gold, and dusty pink. It features a flattering cummerbund-esque waistband, on-trend square neckline, and dramatic puff sleeves. For those who prefer a shorter length, it would be simple to hem this dress into a knee-length or mini dress, and it would be just as beautiful.
 
Anais has been a big hit in our shop window; the fabric makes a bold statement and draws a lot of attention from passers-by.
 
It is extremely difficult to come by plus-size couture vintage formal wear, so we were thrilled to acquire this rare piece from one of our wonderful consignors!

Condition notes
 
We are known for the excellent condition of our vintage bridal attire. However, vintage gowns will always contain some imperfections that result from being worn and/or stored for decades. We make every effort to review each dress thoroughly and disclose every issue we can find. With that in mind, please review the following notes:
 
Leonard Anais is in excellent vintage condition. There is some discoloration to the bodice interior, but this is not visible on the exterior of the gown. Anais is ready to wear.
