General information & background
 
Monique Lhuillier Pearl is a floaty, easy-to-wear vintage wedding dress constructed from layers and layers of silk chiffon. It has an unusual bikini-style halter neckline that offers different styling options, depending on how you prefer to wear the halter straps. It can either be crossed at the front for a more modern look, or left uncrossed (as shown) for a sexier, more open appearance.
 
The bust features a pleated chiffon detail that provides some visual texture. The halter straps are made of pearls encased in a knotted lace strip, which is a fun play on the classic knotted pearl necklace.
 
Pearl has a simple sweep train. It would make a lovely rehearsal dinner dress or second look. 
 
Size & measurements
 
Measurements must be used to assess whether a gown will fit you or can be altered to fit you. A gown can usually be made 2-3 sizes smaller without compromising the design, but can rarely be made more than approximately 1/2-1” larger without making major modifications.
