The dramatic dropped waist on this dress creates curves even for those who don't have them, and enhances them for those who do. (The proportions of this gown even make our dress form look curvy, and it certainly isn't.)
 
Santa Barbara is constructed from a cool-toned dark ivory duchess silk satin and has a strapless, squared-off bodice with covered buttons down the back of the bodice.
