The Kate dress, from '90s darling Richard Tyler, is 
an unapologetically sexy evening gown that perfectly captures the spirit of '90s supermodel chic. Crafted from dusty pink stretch silk 4-ply crepe, it has a one-shoulder neckline, a draped open (very open) back, and side slit. It is fully lined in silk charmeuse. 
 
This dress was worn by Kate Moss in an issue of Harper's Bazaar, as shown in the final image. Note that the slit in the dress she is wearing is much higher than the one in our version of the dress. 
 
Because the back is completely open, the waist and hip measurements should be used to determine fit. Those measurements are as follows:
 
Waist - 27-28"
Hip - 38"
 
There is some stretch to the fabric. It is approximately a modern size 6.
