General background & information
 
Sourced from Italy, Amelia is a classic, charming, and elegant A-line gown. This '90s wedding dress is constructed from a subtle allover lace. It has a straight strapless neckline and a dropped waist, both of which are accented with a line of subtle beading. The structured bodice has princess seams for a superb fit. The gown closes with a simple back zipper so as not to disrupt the clean, pared-back look of the gown. The hem of the skirt is finished with narrow horsehair trim to emphasize the shape. 
 
Size & measurements
 
Measurements must be used to assess whether a gown will fit you or can be altered to fit you. A gown can usually be made 2-3 sizes smaller without compromising the design, but can rarely be made more than approximately 1/2-1” larger without making major modifications. The exterior measurements of this dress are as follows:
 
Bust - 42"+ 
Waist - 34"+
Hip - flexible
 
Amelia seems to fit slightly larger than the flat measurements would indicate. It is approximately a modern size 18, but probably would fit up to a 20, depending on body proportions.
 
Condition
 
We are known for the excellent condition of our vintage bridal attire. However, vintage gowns will always contain some imperfections that result from being worn and/or stored for decades. We make every effort to review each dress thoroughly and disclose every issue we can find. With that in mind, please review the following notes:
 
Amelia is in like-new condition. It has never been used or worn.
