General background & information
 
This vintage wedding dress belonged to a group of about a dozen gowns that I sourced from Italy from a high-end bridal shop that closed its doors in the 1990s. Ginevra is constructed from Italian silk satin, silk lace, and silk taffeta.
 
The structured corset bodice is made of duchess silk satin. It has a square neckline and sweet lace cap sleeves.
 
The form-fitting skirt is constructed from the same delicate silk lace used for the sleeves. Ginevra is finished with a small train and a large silk taffeta statement bow at the back waist. 
 
Ginevra is on the sexier side for a vintage wedding dress. It's a lovely choice for a rehearsal dinner, second look, or less formal wedding. 
 
Note - Ginevra is a single garment, not two separate pieces.
 
Size & measurements 
 
Measurements must be used to assess whether a gown will fit you or can be altered to fit you. The flat measurements of this vintage wedding dress are as follows:
 
Bust - 40"
Waist - 31"
 
Ginevra is approximately a modern size 10-12.
 
Condition
 
We are known for the excellent condition of our vintage bridal attire. However, vintage gowns will always contain some imperfections that result from being worn and/or stored for decades. We make every effort to review each dress thoroughly and disclose every issue we can find. With that in mind, please review the following notes:
 
Ginevra is in excellent vintage condition. It has never been used or worn, and it still has its original tag.
