Penelope is a classically beautiful '90s wedding dress by a British couture bridal designer. It has all the hallmarks of high-end British bridal fashion from the era. Constructed from silk dupion and silk taffeta, it features a heavily boned bodice, Basque waistline, long sleeves, and a wide scoop neckline topped with large silk charmeuse bows. Both the back of the bodice and the sleeves are finished with a row of covered buttons.
 
The skirt is a column style, and it reaches to the ankle in classic vintage fashion. It is designed to show the wearer's shoes. It has a large amount of gathering at the back waist to create volume and a dramatic train. This is just a perfect wedding dress -- elegant, romantic, refined, and easy to wear.
