General background & information
 
Vera Wang Halsey is a late 1990s slip dress constructed from the luxurious, dense silk crepe that was one of Vera's trademark fabrics during the 1990s.
 
Halsey has a bikini neckline, wide-set straps, and a high back. It is covered in trailing beaded appliques. The appliques, all beaded and applied to the dress by hand, feature a pretty botanical motif. The delicacy of the appliques contrasts beautifully with the chic, modern feel of the gown.  Halsey is finished with a line of silk-covered buttons and a small puddle train. It is fully lined in silk. 
 
Size & measurements
 
Measurements must be used to assess whether a gown will fit you or can be altered to fit you. The flat measurements of Halsey are as follows:
 
Bust - 32"
Waist - 27"
Hip - 32" (with stretch)
 
This dress has been previously altered, and it is petite in both size and proportion. The fabric has some stretch, so there is a bit of wiggle room in the size.
 
The length from the base of the V-neck to the floor is approximately 52".
